Ones to Watch is It’s Nice That’s annual platform spotlighting emerging design talent and celebrating the next generation of creatives. As the company’s longest-running initiative—formerly known as The Graduates—my role was to lead its rebrand and define its strategic positioning. The plan: create a timeless logotype that could house multiple creative styles with every yearly release. In collaboration with designer Natalia Witwicka, I developed guidelines for 2025 and beyond, establishing a visual identity designed to be both memorable and instantly recognizable for years to come.
