My Role
Creative Development & Strategy

To mark the ten year anniversary of the Twitter hashtag we introduced 'The Culture Sculpture' to Twitter’s HQ. Cubic sculptures that celebrate the very best hashtags on Twitter. Filled with a collage of light hearted, abstract elements, each sculpture includes references from iconic moments on Twitter. We created hashtags for #ComedyTwitter, #GrimeTwitter, #SpaceTwitter and #ScottishTwitter.

On July 16th 2021, our Space sculture was used by Ocean Outdoor to mark the 50th anniversary of the moon landing on their Piccadilly lights location. The animation was then transformed into a TVC during channel 4's documentary "Marking 50 years since the moon landing."  Before being recreated for print when it was published in the New Scientist's Apollo 11 special edition magazine. It even made it's way to cinema and was shown as the cinema gold spot during films Apollo 11, Armstrong, Men in Black and X Men.
